Q1: I want a quotation for my new parts,  What things should I prepare?

A1: Get 2D or 3D drawings ready with specific requirements,

for eg, qty, tolerance, surface treatment, general roughness etc. To get reply within 1 work day, get quotation within 1~2 work days

Q2: What’s your machining accuracy ?

A2:  We can reach +- 0.005mm (depends on part dimension, send drawing for check)

Q3: How do you control your quality?

A3: We have strict control system from material sourcing to part machining. Each material we request certificate or COC from suppliers. All important dimensions and points are marked to pay high attention during process. Provide out-going QC report.

Q4: Will you point out the design problems during process or process abey customers drawings?

A4: We  do reverse engineering on the part design. Any problems, we communicate with customers for best solutions.

Q5: Do you provide custom package?

A5: Our normal packaging is: pack parts with PE Foam in carbon box if under 50kgs, above 50kgs in plywood box.

Also suppport custom package.

Q6: About after-sale services.

A6: Any quality problems caused by our side, we support part return or remaking.
