Many customers didn’t notice about the circular surface/roughness on the cnc machined parts.

Actually this surface always appears on the CNC Turning Parts, while you can never  find it on a CNC Milling Part. This is decided by the process features of the two machines.

A) CNC Milling Machine– Make parts of different shapes except the round shape.

Process way: Locate the parts in the machine with a milling tool rotating 

B) CNC Turning Machine– Can only make round shape.

Process way: Locate the turning tool  in the machine with the whole part rotating. The parts are rotating taking the same circle.
